Due to a high number of recent enquiries from consumers, BaFin would like to make clear that it has not approved or allowed a prospectus or an information sheet for Juicy Holdings B.V. under the German Capital Investment Act (Vermögensanlagengesetz – VermAnlG), the German Securities Prospectus Act (Wertpapierprospektgesetz – WpPG) or the EU Prospectus Regulation.
This information can also be found in BaFin’s database of prospectuses filed.
In Germany, capital investments may be offered to the public only if a prospectus has been published. This prospectus must be approved by BaFin prior to publication. BaFin published a warning regarding Juicy Holdings B.V. on its website in March 2022. This warning still applies.
The business activities of Juicy Holdings B.V. and other companies in the Juicy group have also not received approval from BaFin under the German Payment Services Supervision Act (Zahlungsdiensteaufsichtsgesetz – ZAG).
