Unknown perpetrators are using the e-mail address info@backofficeweltsparen.de to send consumers offers that are supposedly from WeltSparen. WeltSparen is a brand that belongs to Raisin GmbH. The perpetrators use documents in which they make explicit reference to WeltSparen, to the Berlin-based company Raisin GmbH and to the partner company Raisin Bank AG, which has its registered office in Frankfurt am Main. These documents also refer to the email address info@backofficeweltsparen. These offers do not actually originate from WeltSparen, Raisin GmbH or Raisin Bank AG. This is a case of identity theft.
