The operator primarily refers to itself using the name Societas Europae and claims to be based in Gothenburg, Sweden. In the website’s legal notice, the operator refers to itself as Ess Capital AB/ESS capital AB. It claims to be licensed by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. However, this claim could not be verified with the Swedish financial market supervisory authority, Finansinspektionen (FI).
