The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) warns consumers about the websites bybitprofit.com and bybitprofit.io. According to information available to BaFin, the operator is providing financial and investment services on these websites without the required authorisation.

The websites have the same content and graphic design as the platform bitinvesting8.com and equityexperts.pro BaFin has already warned about.

Anyone conducting banking business or providing financial or investment services in Germany may do so only with authorisation from BaFin. However, some companies offer these services without the required authorisation. Information on whether a particular company has been granted authorisation by BaFin can be found in BaFin’s atabase of companies.

The information provided by BaFin is based on section 37 (4) of the German Banking Act (KreditwesengesetzKWG).

Update:

The operator of the website bybitprofit.com now also offers its financial and investment services via the website bybitprofit.io”.
