BaFin orders the cessation of unauthorized payment services

As of 28 June 2019, BaFin ordered Tokkata Software GmbH i. G., Berlin, to cease and desist from conducting money remittance business.

Tokkata Software GmbH i. G. accepts funds from private persons to transfer to mainly foreign accounts of companies abroad. Among these companies is the unlicensed trading platform www.stscrypto.com.

The order is final.
