On 26 March 2019, BaFin warned of the risk of confusing the company Acatis Investment/Acatis Investition with the authorised company Acatis Investment Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH. Acatis Investment is now also operating under the name Acatrades.com and on the trading platform acatrades.com the company falsely claims that it has been granted authorisation by BaFin.
The company is using the business data of the company Acatis Investment Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH and is thus falsely giving the impression that it is connected to Acatis Investment Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH.
Only Acatis Investment Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH is authorised to offer services and ancillary services in accordance with the German Investment Code (Kapitalanlagegesetzbuch) in Germany. Acatis Investment Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH is an asset management company and holds the necessary authorisation from BaFin.
Acatis Investment/Acatrades.com does not hold authorisation from BaFin. The company is in no way connected to Acatis Investment Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH.
