In a final and binding administrative order issued on 8 February 2024 on the basis of section 64 (3) no. 15 of the German Payment Services Supervision Act (Gesetz über die Beaufsichtigung von Zahlungsdiensten – ZAG), in the version of Article 4 of 12 December 2019 (Federal Law Gazette Part 2019 I, no. 50), the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) imposed an administrative fine totalling 50,000 euros on Deutsche Bank AG.
The administrative order is final and binding.
