On 20 December 2022, BaFin imposed an administrative fine amounting to 40,000 euros on an individual in a management position at a domestic issuer due to a breach of section 114 (1) sentence 2 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG).
An appeal may be lodged against the administrative fine order.

The administrative fine order is final and binding.
