On 17 November 2022, BaFin imposed administrative fines totalling 149,800 euros on an individual in a management position at a domestic issuer due to breaches of section 40 (1) sentence 1, section 114 (1) sentence 2 and section 115 (1) sentence 1 and sentence 2 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG).
An appeal was lodged against the administrative fine order.
