On 28 June 2024, the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) imposed administrative fines totalling 140,000 euros on a natural person due to breaches of Article 19 (1) of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
An appeal may be lodged against the administrative fine order.
