On 15 July 2020, BaFin imposed administrative fines totalling 10,000 euros on an individual in a management position at a domestic issuer due to breaches of section 114 (1) sentence 2 and section 115 (1) sentence 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG).
The administrative fine order is final and binding.
