On 4 August 2020, BaFin imposed an administrative fine amounting to 19,000 euros on a natural person due to a breach of the first subparagraph of Article 17 (1) of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
An appeal may be lodged against the administrative fine order.

The administrative fine order is final and binding.
