On 23 January 2020, BaFin imposed administrative fines amounting to 80,000 euros on a natural person due to breaches of section 21 (1) sentence 1 old version of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG).
An appeal may be lodged against the administrative fine order.

An appeal was lodged against the administrative fine order.

In light of new information provided by the natural person, the administrative fine order has been revoked.
