On 16 August 2022, BaFin imposed four administrative fines totaling 155,250 euros on Aladdin Healthcare Technologies SE.
The sanction related to breaches of section 114 paragraph 1 sentence 2 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG) and breaches of section 115 paragraph 1 sentence 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG). Aladdin Healthcare Technologies SE failed to publish announcements, stating the date and the website on which the accounting documents listed in section 114 (2) of the WpHG for the financial years 2019 and 2020 were made publicly available in addition to their availability in the Company Register (Unternehmensregister).
Furthermore, Aladdin Healthcare Technologies SE failed to make its half-yearly financial reports for the financial years 2019 and 2020 publicly available within the prescribed period.
The company may lodge an appeal against the administrative fine order.
