On 21.01.2022 BaFin ordered Mr. Sascha Magsamen to issue multiple notifications of major holdings of voting rights to BaFin and to SPOBAG Aktiengesellschaft in order to comply with his notification obligations pursuant to sections 33 et seq. of the Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG).
Mr. Sascha Magsamen omitted to issue multiple notifications of major holdings of voting rights regarding SPOBAG Aktiengesellschaft pursuant to sections 33 et seq. of the WpHG for thresholds crossed in the years 2014 to 2016.
The order is enforceable, but not yet final and conclusive.
Update (07.04.2022):
Mr. Magsamen has lodged objection against the order on 24 February 2022.
