On 26. March 2024, the financial supervisory authority BaFin made a voting rights notification for Mr. Zongbin Li. Mr. Zongbin Li had failed to notify its voting rights in Nakiki SE.

BaFin has therefore fulfilled the notification obligation of Mr. Zongbin Li (self-execution).

Background information:

In certain cases, holders of voting rights are obliged to notify BaFin and the listed entity of the amount of their voting rights. This is stipulated in the German Securities Trading Act (Sections 33 et seq. WpHG). Such notification is mandatory if certain thresholds are reached, exceeded or fallen below as a result of acquisition, sale or in any other way. Voting rights must also be reported if the shareholding amounts to three percent or more on the day the share is first admitted to trading.

BaFin may itself make a publication or notification required under the WpHG if the notifier fails to comply with the notification obligation, or complies with it incorrectly, incompletely or not in the prescribed form.
Mr. Zongbin Li was obliged to notify his voting rights in Nakiki SE on 9. January 2024 in the amount of zero percent. This has not been done. Therefore, BaFin made the required voting rights notification by way of self-execution.
