On 28 September 2020, BaFin imposed an administrative fine amounting to 70,000 euros on ROY Asset Holding SE.
The sanction related to a breach of section 26a (1) sentence 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG) old version. ROY Asset Holding SE failed to publish the total number of voting rights within the prescribed period.
On 16 October 2020, the company lodged an appeal against the administrative fine order.

In light of new information provided by the company, the administrative fine order of 28 September 2020 has been revoked.
