On 28 May 2020, BaFin imposed an administrative fine amounting to 55,000 euros against PEARL GOLD AG.
The sanction related to a breach of section 115 (1) sentence 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG). PEARL GOLD AG had failed to make its half-yearly financial report for the financial year of 2015 publicly available within the prescribed period.
The company can lodge an appeal against the administrative fine order.
