On 9 March 2020, BaFin imposed an administrative fine amounting to 94,000 euros against RESPARCS Funding II Limited Partnership.
The sanction related to a breach of section 37v (1) sentence 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG) old version. RESPARCS Funding II Limited Partnership had failed to make its annual financial report for the financial year of 2015 publicly available within the prescribed period.
The company can lodge an appeal against the administrative fine order.
