IOSCO administrative arrangement for the transfer of personal data between each of the European Economic Area (EEA) Authorities set out in Appendix A and each of the non-EEA Authorities set out in Apapendix B
This is an administrative arrangement between EU securities and markets supervisory authorities, represented by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), and international partner authorities, represented by the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO). It can be found below under “Attachments”.
The arrangement is required for the lawful exchange of data with financial supervisory authorities in third countries. It sets out appropriate data protection safeguards and contains effective and enforceable data subject rights.
