Calendar of trading days pursuant to section 47 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG)
For the purpose of calculating the time limits for notifications and publications set forth in sections 33 et seq. of the WpHG, all calendar days except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays that are legally recognised in at least one federal state are deemed trading days.
