CSDR Art. 7 Settlement Fails Reporting
A Central Securitites Depository (CSD) as defined in Article 2(1) number 1 CSDR or third-party notifiers of a CSD who wish to submit monthly or annual reports under Article 7(1) of the CSDR may do so using the reporting and publishing platform (Melde- und Veröffentlichungplattform – MVP Portal)
Please note:
Submitting reports is only possible after successful registration for the MVP Portal and the specialised procedure „CSDR Art. 7 Settlement Fails Reporting“. Please note that a report under Article 7(1) of the CSDR is only deemed to have been submitted once you have received a confirmation of receipt containing a report ID. If a validation error occurs, a message will be displayed showing the precise reason for the error. If you do not receive a response, please send an e-mail to technical support.
