Stand:updated on 04.06.2019 Settlement internalisers – reports under Article 9(1) of the CSDR
Settlement internalisers and third-party notifiers for settlement internalisers who wish to submit reports under Article 9(1) of the CSDR may do so using the reporting and publishing platform (Melde- und Veröffentlichungsplattform – MVP Portal).
Please note:
Submitting reports is only possible after successful registration for the MVP Portal and the specialised procedure “Settlement internaliser reporting procedure”. Further details and (technical) information on submitting reports can be found in the information sheet on the specialised procedure “Settlement internaliser reporting procedure”, which will be published on this page in March (registration procedure) and at the end of April (submitting reports).
Please note that a report under Article 9(1) of the CSDR is only deemed to have been submitted once you have received a confirmation of receipt containing a report ID. If a validation error occurs, a message will be displayed showing the precise reason for the error. If you do not receive a response, please send an e-mail to technical support.
